Returns, refunds and exchanges will be considered if a product is deemed to have ben received damaged, faulty, or not matching the product description.
What if I receive a damage or defective product and want to return it?
Should your product be faulty, damaged, not matching product description or not fully functioning as expected, we will issue a refund, repair or exchange for the same or like product or store credit as applicable.
Products are considered damaged or defective at the discretion of B.C. Rich Australia. Please contact us before returning an item. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, as delivered in unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping (aside from reported damages or defects), and with all warranty documents and manuals. Should you attempt to return your item without the original packaging, protective materials or paperwork you may not receive your full credit.
Limitation of Liability
B.C. Rich Australia do not accept responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts during operation or use of products.
B.C. Rich Custom Policy
Due to the personalised nature of the B.C. Rich Custom Shop, we cannot cancel or make any changes to any B.C. Rich Custom orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. All defective products shall be subject to the B.C. Rich 2-year Electric Guitar and Bass Warranty.

How do I make a return?

- If calling, please have your order number ready, as well as the name on the credit card used in the transaction.

We recommend using a trackable shipping option and take no responsibility if we do not receive returned products or for further damage during return shipping.
B.C. Rich Australia will process refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. You will be issued a refund for items that are no longer available or for which there is no satisfactory replacement.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after it has been placed. Provided that the shipping process of your order has not been initiated, we will be happy to consider changes or to cancel your order for you (excluding B.C. Rich Custom Shop).
Unfortunately, if the shipping process has been initiated, we are not able to change, cancel or stop the shipment.
